It was in the third century after My birth as a human on earth that the following incident took place. There was a man called Markus, he was from Cirene. He was a man with a reasonable education about Me, but without the true, real, burning love for Me. There are still people like this on earth. They were taught about Me by their parents, but that is where it ended. No burning desire for Me. But back to Markus. He was on his way to trade one of his stud cattle for calves of another cattle race. He farmed intensely with cattle as far as it was possible in those times. He was a farmer in his heart and farming was his occupation, just like some in your country today. Markus was still a long way from his destination when a terrible, dangerous weather formed and very threatening thunderbolts struck close to him. The bull was struck fatally and it fell right there in the road where it laid still. Nearby there was a cave, in view from the road and bewildered and severely shocked he went to take shelter in it, just to find out that a terrifying bear had the same plan. With a great commotion Markus left the cave again just to find himself in the deadly thunderstorm. There was no other escape for him. He ran in a direction in the hope of finding shelter somewhere. But nowhere could he find shelter or safety. Markus was brought onto his knees by the last spark of hope that was still left inside him and he remembered of the God of Whom his parent taught him. Markus was aware of My existence, but in his diligence in his daily work he did not give much attention to his faith. In his despair he called on Me and did not think that I would in any way take notice of him. But Markus did not know The Only, Everlasting and Ungraspable Elohim (God) of which his parents have taught him, although he did believe in My existence. And I am a true Elohim, an Elohim Who does not disappoint, even if I just find a tiny spark of faith in the caller of My Name. I answered his prayer and sent My angel with a protective cloud which was wrapped around Markus. Markus immediately saw the protective cloud around him and immediately knew that it was the work of God, of Whom his parents have taught him. Suddenly he got a faith in Me that would never weaken again and he walked further in the heavy weather, safely sheltered against the onslaught of the heavy weather which came down more fiercely upon him. But he just looked at the storm and not a drop fell on him. The wind did not even move his hair, because My protective Hand was around him. Safely he reached his destiny, to the great amazement of the people who were expecting him. Greater was their amazement when they saw that there was not even a wet spot on his clothes. Markus’ testimony has brought many people to My feet on that night and for Me is was a fruitful Godly occurrence. Markus returned home the next day and he told everyone who stormed to him in great amazement after they had thought that he had perished in the great storm, because houses were blown over and several trees were uprooted by the great storm. This is the truth and you will be able to ask him yourself if you turn to Me and ask Me for protection against evil. Today there are terrible onslaughts of evil which is launched against you and you are totally unaware of this, because My protective cloud is also around you, if you would ask Me for it. Even in a heart where I detect a little faith in Me, I will answer the prayer so that he/she can see how faithful I am and it will serve as encouragement to develop a greater faith. Unfortunately people forget about Me the moment it is going better around them and then they do not ask My protection anymore and then they wonder why it is now going so bad again. It is a weakness of Man and just like the good weather friend they want to cling to Me only when I am needed. The storm has served the purpose of a great growth in faith in Markus and after this he never placed Me after his earthly farming. Therefore take care that you will also stay in Me like Markus and I shall never let go of you. But do not cry if you once again forget Me somewhere along the road and I do not rush to your aid immediately when you need Me. Pray without stop, so that your faith can be strengthened through this and that you can depart this life as true children of Mine.
